Judith Normandin

Judith joined H. Pearce Company in 2002 after a distinguished 25 year career in psychiatric hospital administration, both public and private, in MA and CT.

Judith specializes in residential real estate in the greater New Haven area for both local and relocation clients, from first time home buyers to senior citizens. Her clients consistently express their appreciation and delight with the skills and abilities she employs to ease the buying or selling experience. She is a 'top quarter' producer in the Pearce Company.

My motto, says Judith, is “Service is my first priority, my clients needs are my goals.” I enjoy meeting new people and helping them sort out their priorities to achieve their housing dreams.

In addition to real estate, Judith contributes her management skills and experience to non-profit agencies in the mental health arena. She was awarded H. Pearce’s Community Service Award in 2005 for her work at ALSO-Cornerstone Inc. in New Haven.

Personally, Judith enjoys the opera, the theater, and yoga, as time permits. She loves to travel internationally and finds time to prioritize at least one major trip every year.

Judith is a member of Greater New Haven Association of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
